Remote Support Per Half Hour Block
Sodium Dental remote tech support is available in half hour blocks when you need it. We believe that problems are meant to be fixed and not repeated.
Our first time support customers are asked to purchase our Half Hour Block up front at the end of which our support technician will provide you with a report of the work completed and the method for resolving your problem.
Our technicians keep accurate account of the time spent on your account and provide detailed reports for all work done. After your first half hour of support you can choose to either buy additional support time to bank in your account or you can move to a normal billing method where you will be billed and have net 30 for payment via check or credit card.
