How It Works — The Shining Flow C&B Workflow
The Ceramix Nano operates within the Shining 3D Dental Cloud ecosystem in five seamless steps:
Capsule System — Up to 3 Crowns Per Capsule
The Ceramix Nano uses a closed capsule-based material system — no open resin handling, no drips, no chemical smell. The intelligently generated stacked arrangement allows the Nano capsule to produce up to 3 crowns in a single print cycle. Crown and die can also be printed together in one unit. With a 40mm internal chamber height, the system easily accommodates 38mm 3-unit bridges.
APS Proprietary Printing Technology
Powered by Shining 3D’s APS (Advanced Printing System) technology, the Ceramix Nano drastically boosts clinical efficiency and greatly reduces chairside waiting time. Under 10 minutes per crown. Same-day crown enabled.
Printing and Curing in One System
The Ceramix Nano integrates high-precision printing and a 90°C professional curing module in a single 4.6 lb device. No separate curing unit required for standard restorations. The simple rule: Regular cure → Strength. Gas cure → Aesthetics.
- Standard restorations — regular curing alone brings Lumicera to full mechanical strength. No gas needed.
- After stain/glaze finishing — N2/CO2 gas curing locks in a flawless surface finish for premium, lifelike results (requires optional Aesthetic Kit)
