Pre-Owned Dexis Platinum sensors have high durability repaired housings and new cables. They are artifact free and have superb image quality.

15 DAY SWAP-OUT POLICY – We ensure all our Pre-Owned Dexis Platinums are of the highest quality. We start with Pre-Owned Dexis Platinum Sensors with minor issues that are completely repairable to return the sensor to a very high standard. If you have any issues with your sensor, we will swap it out for another sensor for you within the first 15 days. Buying one of our Pre-Owned Dexis Platinums is a great way to save money over buying new.

Protection Plans give you full coverage from accidental damage and equipment failure with no deductible. The only thing our protection plan does not cover is loss and intentional damage.

Sodium Dental Pre-Owned Dexis Platinum sensors are repaired in the following manner:
-Start with a high quality Pre-Owned Dexis Platinum Sensor with repairable issues.

-Sensor cable is replaced with brand new custom sensor cable. Cable uses slightly thicker gauge wire to ensure increased durability while still being small enough to achieve excellent flexibility

-Housing is resealed and fully potted to ensure no moisture contact with the sensor

-Sensor is tested by taking 36 X-rays on a Phantom to ensure sensor functionality

-USB connector has been replaced with a brand new, more robust connector

Tube heads or choice of exposure will affect the contrast, brightness and clarity of the image. Sodium Dental is not responsible for this. Any return of product will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and no refund of shipping.

 

These images are an excellent representation of what all our Pre-Owned Sensors are like. You can expect a comparable product with slightly differing cosmetic blemishes.
