Pre-Owned Gendex GXS-700 sensors have high-durability housings and new cables. They’re artifact-free with superb image quality, and every one is bench-tested before it ships.

15-Day Swap-Out Policy — if anything’s wrong with your sensor in the first 15 days, we’ll swap it for another one. No back and forth.
Every Protection Plan gives you full coverage against accidental damage and equipment failure, no deductible. The only things a Protection Plan doesn’t cover are loss and intentional damage.
GETTING IT RUNNING IN YOUR OFFICE
We’ll email your calibration files in a zip folder. Remote installation assistance from our support team is free on up to 3 computers, follow our step-by-step installation guide to easily install the sensor yourself.
RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase, in original, unused condition. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the customer covers return shipping, original shipping fees aren’t refunded. Tube heads and your choice of exposure affect the contrast, brightness, and clarity of the image, that’s on your equipment and settings, not the sensor.
The photos below are a real representation of what our Pre-Owned sensors look like. Expect a comparable unit, with minor cosmetic differences from one sensor to the next. Every sensor is tested thoroughly before it earns a spot in our Pre-Owned lineup.

Each Visualix EHD below is its own sensor, tested and serviced individually. You’re buying a specific serial number, not a generic listing. Prices run $600 to $1,350 depending on the unit and warranty length. EHDs come with a standard warranty rather than our Protection Plan.
