With a Pre-Owned Sensor

Every eligible pre-owned sensor we sell includes a Protection Plan. You choose the term at checkout: 6 months, 3 years, or 5 years.

After a Repair

Get an eligible sensor repaired by us and you can add the Plan on a monthly or annual basis, with no maximum term.

30 Days Free After a Repair

Every eligible sensor we repair includes 30 days of free coverage, automatically. Convert to a monthly or annual plan before it ends to keep it going.

How the Dental Sensor Protection Plan Works When an Issue Comes Up

1. Contact us. When a covered sensor acts up, call 800-821-8962 or email support@sodiumdental.com.

2. We check it remotely first. We remote into your system to confirm the sensor is actually the problem before anything ships. That keeps you from boxing up a sensor that didn’t need to leave the office, and it saves shipping in both directions.

3. We issue an RMA. If it’s the sensor, we send you an RMA with clear instructions.

4. You ship it in. Pack it up and send it our way.

5. We repair or replace it. We make it right and get it back to you.
