If you would like assistance installing your x-ray sensors calibration file onto a new workstation in your office please take advantage of our Calibration Installation Package here.

When sending your Quickray in for repair it is important to include the calibration files with your sensor. Our Quickray sensor repair technicians need the calibration file in order to properly test your Quickray x-ray sensor to ensure that there are no artifacts or anomalies in the images that your repaired Quickray sensor produces.

First it is important to know what you are looking for. Quickray calibration files are named as follows:

  • SN305739.cal
**Note: 305739 in the file names above will reflect the serial number of your sensor.  If you have multiple Quickray sensors in your office be sure that the file names you are sending to Sodium Dental have the correct serial number in the file name.  The serial number should match the sensor that you have in for your Quickray sensor repair.

The three file names above are what we are looking for and are what Sodium Dental technicians need in order to properly test your Quickray x-ray sensor repair.
