Delivery Timeline: Shipping and delivery can take up to 30 days while we test and prepare your equipment. If your invoice includes training or installation, scheduling those with your office may add additional time.

Refund Policy: Sales of equipment are final. No refunds or trade-ins are available unless explicitly stated on the invoice.

Training: Training is delivered in a single scheduled visit for the time purchased. If staff aren’t available for the full session on the day of training, unused time can’t be applied to a second visit. Additional visits are available for an additional fee.

Counter Space: Please ensure you have a level counter that can hold the weight of all equipment and has room for the equipment. We recommend at least 48 inches of linear counter space for a 3D Printer, Wash Station, and Curing Station together.
