You keep your current scanner. There’s no need to ship anything to Shining 3D. To claim your rebate, we just need photos of your current scanner showing its serial number, plus a copy of your invoice. One rebate is available per scanner. We’re happy to fill out the form for you and handle the details, so you keep working with no downtime.

Any brand of intraoral scanner you currently own: iTero, TRIOS, Primescan, Carestream, Medit, Planmeca, and others. The rebate is a same-category trade-up, so a scanner trades up for a scanner. The printer bundles don’t require any trade-in.

No. You keep it. Shining 3D only needs the brand, model, serial number, and a photo or two when you submit.

Shining 3D mails a check straight to your practice after they validate your submission. You’ll be notified within 30 days, and the check arrives within 60 days of approval.

The scanner rebate is a trade-up, so it’s for practices replacing or adding to a scanner they already own. If this is your first scanner, the printer bundle rebate is still open to you, and we can talk through the best path. Just ask on the form.

No. The rebate can’t be combined with other promotions or special pricing unless Shining 3D approves it in writing.

Purchase during the promotion window, which runs through December 31, 2026, then submit within 60 days of your invoice date. Don’t wait on the submission clock.
