Professional Installation – Owandy I-Max Pro Panoramic & 3D CT Wall-Mount Systems
Professional on-site installation service for the Owandy I-Max Pro Wall-Mount Panoramic (2D) or I-Max Pro 3D CT unit. This single installation SKU covers both models, which share identical mounting and power requirements.
Scope of Installation Includes:

Delivery coordination, uncrating, and inspection
Precision wall mounting using manufacturer template
Mechanical assembly and alignment of the rotating arm and head support
Electrical connection to pre-installed dedicated circuit
Ethernet network integration and QuickVision software installation
Full system calibration, dose verification, and image quality testing
On-site operator training (up to 2 staff members)
Completion of Owandy commissioning checklist and warranty activation

Includes all labor, standard consumables, and technician travel.

Critical Site Preparation Requirements
To ensure a smooth installation without delays or additional charges, the following must be ready prior to our arrival:

Wall Reinforcement: The mounting wall must be structurally reinforced with proper blocking or studs capable of supporting the unit (≈150–180 lbs). Refer to the Wall Mount Drawing for exact mounting locations and dimensions.
Ethernet Connection: A gigabit Ethernet network jack must be available within 7 feet of the final unit mounting position. The unit requires a hardwired Ethernet connection for full functionality and software operation.
Electrical Rough-In: Dedicated 110–120 V, single-phase, 50/60 Hz circuit with 20 Amp breaker (15 Amp minimum acceptable).
Receptacle: NEMA 5-15 or 5-20 grounded outlet
Height: Center of receptacle exactly 24 inches (610 mm) above finished floor
Position: Centered on the final unit location

This installation does not include state-specific radiation surveys, shielding plans, radiation safety officer consultation, or any other regulatory compliance services. The customer is fully responsible for ensuring all applicable local, state, and federal requirements are met.

Please confirm that the wall is properly blocked/reinforced and that a working Ethernet jack is available at the installation location before scheduling. Failure to prepare these items may result in rescheduling and additional fees.
