Important Information:
- **The estimate for repair does not guarantee that your equipment is repairable**
- If your equipment is not repairable you will only be responsible for the cost of shipping if you choose to have your broken sensor returned.
- You must complete checkout in order to approve the repair. Sodium Dental will not begin the repair until you’ve completed checkout.
- Once checkout is complete your repair will begin. Repairs are generally completed within 2-3 days however please allow up to 5 – 10 business days for repair to be completed.
- Once checkout is complete a hold will be placed on your credit card for the total repair amount.
- Only repairs that pass our final testing are charged to your credit card. The x-ray repair final testing procedure can be seen here.
