If you would like assistance installing your x-ray sensors calibration file onto a new workstation in your office please take advantage of our Calibration Installation Package here.

Dental x-ray sensors require calibration files to correct or calibrate their images.  Since raw x-rays taken directly from a digital x-ray sensor will have imperfections straight from the factory it is necessary to correct these imperfections using calibration files.  It is very important that Sodium Dental technicians have your x-ray sensor’s original calibration files in order to accurately test the image quality of your sensor after the x-ray sensor repair.  The following guide will assist you in retrieving your Schick CDR 2000 calibration files to be sent into Sodium Dental for dental x-ray sensor repair.

First it is important to know what you are looking for.  Schick CDR 2000 calibration files are named as follows:

  • ST650947.COR
**Note: 650947 in the file names above will reflect the serial number of your sensor.  If you have multiple Schick CDR 2000 sensors in your office be sure that the file names you are sending to Sodium Dental have the correct serial number in the file name.  The serial number should match the sensor that you have in for your Schick CDR 2000 sensor repair.

The file name above is what we are looking for and is what Sodium Dental x-ray repair technicians need in order to properly test your Schick CDR 2000 x-ray sensor repair.
